This category of furniture is to me — the epitome of MODERN design. WHY? What do most people do with their feet/legs when sitting on a Sofa? YES!! They put them up on the nearest table. And, why shouldn’t those tables be comfortable enough to support that function? Tables that work as benches or ottomans that work as tables make so much sense, especially when the designer adds a tray to use for drinks or other items that may topple over.
